Skills for Growth

Skills for Growth: the Workforce Development Program helps small and medium enterprises keep their staff properly qualified. It was developed by Business Victoria to explore training and education opportunities that will benefit businesses and develop the skills of their staff.

The program provides businesses with their choice of an independent specialist who will work with them, at no cost, to review staff skills, plan for the future and identify training opportunities for employees.
