Wendy, received a travelling scholarship from the Victorian State Government in 1998 to lead a team researching Quality Management Principles, Equity and Diversity in Malaysia and Singapore. She has operated her own business for 18 years as a trainer and consultant working with SME´s, large corporations and government departments.
Wendy´s awareness of culture and business practice include; Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, India, China, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, France, Germany, England, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Egypt, Turkey, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
In her spare time, Wendy enjoys time with her 3 children. She is the very proud Nana to Henry James. She enjoys dining out with friends, going to the cinema and not surprisingly has a passion for travelling.

Sharon is an experienced IT trainer with a broad and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
IBT has been lucky to have her expertise for over 10 years. Sharon is a very popular trainer with our clients due to her easy going nature and down to earth approach . Sharon has been involved with course development as well as delivery in Australia, England and New Zealand.
Her career includes; Help Desk Manager - NetConnect Communications, Training Consultant - Lynx IT Training, London and Training Consultant - Computerland, New Zealand. Sharon is also a proud mum to Georgie and Lachlan. Sharon, her husband Mike and the kids enjoy bike riding and bush treking together in Australia and New Zealand.

David Kay is the Director of David Kay Training and Development. He has previously been Vocational Education Adviser for the European Union funded Education and Training HRD Programme. Prior to this role he was Team Leader of the AusAID funded PNG Occupational Skills and Standards Project.
David has worked in Sri Lanka on an ADB funded project as a Skills Standards and Assessment Adviser. He has also worked on AusAID funded TVET projects in China and India as well as in the private sector in Malaysia and Indonesia developing and delivering professional training and working in higher education.
David is currently consulting to the Samoan Government to assist in the implementation of a vocational training qualifications framework. David has delivered conference papers at TVET conferences in Austria, Greece, Cuba and Australia. In Australia, David has managed the development of industry competencies, the development of national curriculum, the development of national teaching and learning and assessment materials and facilitated professional development for public and private sector TVET staff.
He has also managed a private Registered Training Organisation in Australia and provides quality auditing services to training organisations. David is the author of two books about workplace training and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Australian Society of Authors. He holds post graduate qualifications in Education.

Max has 35 years farm management experience in a broad range of roles on the family farm and in corporate agribusiness. He believes that building knowledge and skills are essential for personal satisfaction and achievement as well as the key to successful farming.
Max has continually upgraded his skills engaging in numerous training programs and courses in addition to the formal qualifications he has gained. Max has had over 15 years experience as a trainer and enjoys nothing more than assisting others in their quest for knowledge and recognition of their existing skills.
He strives to make training applicable to the individual and their work, his goal is to keep training simple and practical while ensuring underpinning knowledge is achieved to relevant standards.

Christine Sumbuk is a workplace training specialist and human resource development professional. She has over 16 years human resource development and training experience in Papua New Guinea. She has demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a capacity building plan, including training and needs analysis, HRD plan compilation and mentoring and coaching. She is apt in designing programs to suit her clientele and still maintaining the standards. She has recently been involved in a number AusAID funded PNG Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building Projects. She is currently the Coordinator for the Careers in Development Project in PNG. Christine is also involved in a Frontline Management Program in the Republic of Nauru. She has a knack for bringing the best in the individual.
In PNG she is managing her own business in training and consulting for both the Government and Private sector as well as Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) and provides quality work. Her sense of cultural awareness has allowed her to work with a broad range of people of diverse cultures and experiences.
In her spare time Christine enjoys spending time with her 2 children and husband Ken, likes pot plant gardening and adores her grand daughter, Kemoheena.

Hans has 26 years of teaching and training experience in the areas of Agriculture and Horticulture. He owns and operates a viable and successful horticultural enterprise, Just Picked, on the outskirts of Melbourne, Victoria.
Hans has established sound industry links ; particularly with the Australian Olive Association, Victorian Olive Council, the Australian Blueberry Growers Association and Victorian Farmers Federation. He believes that instructors with both practical and theoretical expertise offer course participants the best possible outcomes.
Hans is passionate about the environment and minimising our carbon footprint, working with farmers to support them with changes to farm practise. In his limited spare time, Hans enjoys eating, going out for dinner with his wife Maria and daughter Cassandra. He loves a coffee with friends at the family farm's Just Picked onsite cafe. He also loves sleeping in until 8am, keeping fit, walking and fishing.
